The Customer Service Helpdesk is meant particularly for registered
members or any returning service customer, including at any of the other
Zambia Online Network sub-domains. They may contact us directly by creating
a ticket at the Helpdesk, which uses a ticket system. Ticket-unlock keys are sent via e-mail.
Each created Ticket is private and only viewable after unlocking with a
combination of the right ticket key/code & customer email address registered
with the ticket. Our customers are kindly advised to contact us directly by
creating and posting a fast ticket via this handy Customer Service Helpdesk.
Membership registration at the Helpdesk is not required.
